Guest Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this Guest Wi-Fi network (“Network”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect and do not use the Network.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

2. No Content Filtering or Monitoring: This is an open and unsecured network. The HOA does not monitor or filter any content transmitted through the Network. Users are fully responsible for the content they access or transmit.
3. User Responsibility: You understand and agree that:
  • You are solely responsible for your actions while using the Network.
  • You should take necessary precautions (e.g., firewalls, antivirus) to protect your device and data.
4. Disclaimer of Liability: The HOA, its officers, and representatives:
  • Do not guarantee the availability, security, or performance of this Network.
  • Are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from the use of this Network.
  • Are not responsible for the actions of users connected to the Network.
5. Indemnification: By using the Network, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the HOA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from your use of the Network.
6. Changes to Terms: The HOA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Network constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
